Truly my passion lies in competition, and human movement in all forms. I have enjoyed a life full of physical pursuits ranging from working as a park ranger, military service, to practicing martial arts. After the military I decided to formally pursue my passion by attending UT Austin’s Kinesiology program. While at UT I worked at the campus rec center, outdoor department, fitness assessment lab, and worked as a personal trainer. It wasn’t until after college that I attended my first Crossfit class in 2010 and was instantly hooked. After experiencing the benefits of function fitness first hand, I started coaching in 2011 and never looked back. Now I enjoy helping clients along their path to better qualities of life achieved through higher levels of fitness.
